睇咗好評才選这間，發片比親友也讚房大，我最重要干淨，見到浴室玻璃门冇水漬已經知道老闆細致，通常內地保洁人員不注重細節，粗略工作，所以我第一次見咁勁衞生保洁環境出奇，有時我也替供應戶難受，被客寫衰（负評）我會以你付多少錢耒評分，不偏不倚，你比便宜就收吓聲。

房間不錯，挺乾淨衞生，一次性用品很放心。比金町灣好太多。位置也很好。房東熱情耐心。如果下次還來汕尾，也會優先考慮。訂的兩個房，雙床房雖然小點，但舒服，不是靠車站邊的很安靜

酒店式公寓就在汕尾站旁邊，步行3分鐘左右即可。附近有公交總站方便乘車前往各主要景點。loft房間配套齊全，樓上樓下都有洗手間。投影電視效果很好，可以看電影和電視劇，如果可以看電視節目就更好。服務比較熱情，房間裏有冰箱和洗衣機方便長住。唯一不足是感應供電，導致人不在房間時冰箱可能斷電，如果能補充插卡供電形式就更好。五一假期入住的價格是平時的2～4倍，如果是以平時的價格入住就是性價比非常高的選擇了
